Two weeks ago microsoft asp.net team shipped a lot of products Including Asp.net mvc 3 RTM, webmatrix 1.0,orchard 1.0,NUGET 1.0 etc.
You can download and install the ASP.net MVC 3 RTM from here. ASP.NET MVC 3 Source code can be downloaded from here.
microsoft also announce a NuGet gallery http://nuget.org/. This site allows anyone to search and browse a online gallery of open source packages available via NuGet.read more about orchard 1.0 .visit http://www.microsoft.com/web/ to download and install webmatrix 1.0
